Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aureate Luxe purchase. Eligible jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or receipt.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, jewelry must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging, with any accompanying documentation, certificates, or materials included. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be accepted.
Please contact Aureate Luxe at contact@aureateluxe.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-designed or made-to-order jewelry
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Jewelry that has been resized, modified, or altered at the customer’s request
- Special-order items or pieces sourced specifically for a customer
- Items designated as final sale at the time of purchase
Because custom and special-order pieces are created or sourced specifically for an individual client, deposits and payments associated with these orders may also be non-refundable once production or sourcing has begun.
Diamonds & Gemstones
Any diamond or gemstone returned must be accompanied by the original grading report, certificate, or other documentation provided with the purchase, when applicable. Missing or damaged documentation may affect eligibility for a return or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was received damaged or an incorrect item was provided. We strongly recommend that all returns be fully insured and shipped using a trackable method. Aureate Luxe is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, Aureate Luxe will notify you regarding the status of your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Original shipping, delivery, insurance, and other related charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Please allow a reasonable processing period for your financial institution to post an approved refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your jewelry upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received an incorrect item, contact Aureate Luxe promptly at contact@aureateluxe.com so we can review the matter and assist you.
